Creativibe was hired to completely rebrand John Goodman Real Estate. In effort to present a more relative, positive, and professional image to clients, a full brand audit was performed to learn about the business, industry characteristics, and past marketing efforts. With information gathered, a new brand identity was developed, starting with a custom logo design and stationery, then a full set of marketing collateral including: brand style guide, brochures, one sheets, signage, marketing plan, ad campaign, and a website with fully searchable IDX listings. It was a challenging project to say the least, but in the end the branding materials position JGRE very well among competition.

The logo design was created to reflect the character and professionalism of the company. A badge was also created to compliment the primary logo and use in other marketing collateral. We also created a brand style guide to maintain brand consistency — showing examples of the logo badge at work in different applications.

A strong identity system included business cards, letterhead, and envelopes to well represent the brand and differentiate JGRE from the heavily saturated market of realtors.

We created an ad campaign that was sincere and relevant — to speak to the heart of clients, rather than doting over statistics and self praise. We wanted JGRE to connect with their audience in a relevant way, with emotion, and realness, showing a family-centered approach that is relatable.

We developed a custom-branded website for JGRE with full IDX search capabilities to provide users with an exceptional experience. The ads that were created are used within the slider on the home page.
